Sales Manager: EMEA

Sequent is hiring a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying plans to upper management. Your objective is to drive financial growth by identifying clients, cultivating trust, and closing deals through their team’s performance.

Job Duties

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets set for the sales team

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure strong presence throughout EMEA

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of all sales representatives

  • Establishing an EMEA based partner program of system implementers who will deploy Sequent Platform

Experience in FinTech, Mobile Payments or Mobile Identity Management is favorable.
