Sequent Care Platform
The Sequent Care Platform is a service that helps resolve end-user issues, an important part of providing a rich user experience. The Care Platform addresses problem resolution for the device, the card, and the app. It can be integrated into existing customer support for mobile operators, credential issuers, and OEMs.
The Sequent Care Platform includes a diagnostic agent that captures on-device events for NFC mobile apps, including wallets, then uploads them to the Sequent Care Platform Knowledge Library for efficient problem resolution and customer win-back. It leverages Sequent Enterprise SDK APIs and includes robust resolution trees, merchant readers locations, and other data in the Care Platform Knowledge Library that can help Care agents resolve consumer care tickets. Sequent Care platform also has access to the Diagnostics component provided by Sequent Core Card Services.
Sequent Care Platform requires Sequent Core Card Services. Sequent Secure Element Management is optional, but a SEM system must be in place.
